Western Pulp is starting a minor revolution with our new 2-sided case pack wine bottle divider.

Compared to other 6-bottle laydown dividers, our new divider reduces cubic volume of inbound freight shipped by about 80 percent. It also reduces the number of parts needed in basic configurations, and reduces the time necessary to pack a case of wine.

Most laydown dividers currently available for 6-bottle case packs are functionally single-sided, requiring twice the number of parts as our new 2-sided solution. Only one Vintner’s Choice divider is required per 6-pack, which can cut your inventory count in half.

It nests tightly and separates easily. A stack of 24 dividers takes up a small amount of space and de-nests with minimal effort.

Like our wine shippers, Vintner’s Choice case pack dividers are made by Western Pulp Products Company, which, since 1958, has manufactured a variety of innovative products. Our molded fiber products divert waste fiber from landfills or incineration, displace products that are not biodegradable, use renewable and sustainable materials, and recycle, compost, or biodegrade after use.

This is a divider, not a shipper. Vintner’s Choice offers a wide variety of shippers that provide protection from the rigors of UPS and FedEx shipping. This case pack divider is meant specifically to separate and locate bottles within a case pack.

Laydown or upright, one size fits all. The new case pack divider can easily handle low-shouldered Burgundy bottles and high-shouldered Bordeaux bottles. Our divider is even big enough to work with some sparkling wine bottles.

Many configurations are possible. Create a 6 pack with a single divider, a 9 pack with 2 dividers, or a 12 pack with 3 dividers. 8 and 10 bottle laydown packs can be built by interlocking 2 dividers.

This divider works with the carton. While some conventional products wrap around the edges and ends of each bottle, our new divider utilizes the walls of the carton, much like an industry-standard upright case-pack.
